Returns Policy

We get it — buying things online can feel risky. So we’ve made our returns policy simple, fair, and free of fine print.

💎 Change of Mind (Loose Stones)

If you purchased a loose lab-grown diamond, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

It must be:

  • In original condition and with packaging

  • With the IGI or GIA certificate

  • Untouched, unmounted, and not altered in any way

Return shipping is at your cost, but we’re happy to help organise insured shipping if you need.

💍 Custom Rings & Made-to-Order

Custom or made-to-order rings (including sourced stones and bespoke designs) are final sale — because they were made just for you.

BUT:
If there’s a sizing issue or something’s not quite right, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to find a solution — resizing, repair, or partial remake depending on the issue.

We’d rather earn your trust than trap you with a no-flex policy.

🛠️ Manufacturing Faults

If something arrives broken, damaged, or clearly not up to spec — that’s on us.
Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll sort it out fast. We’ll cover shipping, replacement, or refund.

⏳ Timing & Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
